Effective July 3, 2026. Arthact helps people connect, but users remain responsible for the choices they make after an introduction.
1. Acceptance
Effective July 3, 2026. Last updated July 3, 2026. Version July 2026.
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using Arthact, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Arthact.
When the app asks you to accept a legal version, your acceptance may be recorded with your account so we can show what version applied.
2. What Arthact provides
Arthact is a person-centric, moving-context, multi-intent matching product. It helps people express current goals, discover relevant people or opportunities, request warm introductions, exchange private contact details after mutual acceptance, and continue conversations in participant-only chats.
Fix This is the public demand graph. Arthact may use Fix This handoffs to help you validate a problem, build around it, find early users, find collaborators, or create a relevant Arthact goal.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be old enough to lawfully use a professional networking, communication, and matching service in your jurisdiction and must have authority to accept these terms.
You are responsible for your account, device, credentials, linked sign-in providers, profile accuracy, and all activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these terms or applicable law.
- Use one account for yourself unless Sanghance explicitly allows another arrangement.
- Keep account and contact information accurate and current.
- Do not impersonate another person, company, investor, employer, government body, or institution.
- Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.
4. Your profile, goals, and content
You are responsible for the content you submit, including profile details, goals, intent text, Fix This activity, contact-card fields, photos, messages, reports, and support requests.
You retain ownership of your content. You give Sanghance a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, adapt for product formatting, moderate, and use your content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Arthact.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not include someone else's private contact details without permission.
- Do not submit illegal, harmful, misleading, hateful, explicit, exploitative, or abusive content.
- Do not use Arthact to publish confidential information you are not allowed to disclose.
5. Matching and introductions are not guarantees
Arthact provides matching, ranking, context, and introduction tools. We do not guarantee jobs, hiring, funding, investment, cofounders, customers, partnerships, sales, income, quality of counterparties, response rates, or any real-world outcome.
You are responsible for evaluating people, claims, credentials, offers, risks, and opportunities before acting on any introduction or message.
6. Contact cards and private information
Private contact details are intended to unlock only after a mutual introduction or another product-controlled access path. When you receive someone's contact card, use it only for the reason the introduction was made.
- Do not share unlocked contact details with third parties without consent.
- Do not add users to marketing lists, sales sequences, messaging groups, or databases without consent.
- Respect the other person's preferred contact channel and boundaries.
- Do not attempt to bypass contact unlocks, participant gates, access grants, or app privacy controls.
7. Conversations, reports, and moderation
Participant-only chats are for the introduction context. Arthact may provide block, report, moderation, rate-limit, and safety tools to protect users and the service.
We may review account state, reports, conversation context, metadata, and related activity when needed for support, safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or enforcement.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or repeatedly contact someone who has declined or stopped responding.
- Do not run scams, phishing, advance-fee schemes, fake recruiting, fake investing, pyramid schemes, credential fraud, or deceptive lead generation.
- Do not send malware, spam, mass outreach, sexually explicit material, hate, violence, or content that endangers minors.
- False, malicious, or abusive reporting may itself lead to restrictions.
8. Fix This public activity
Fix This surfaces public or semi-public problem, demand, and opportunity signals. If you post, validate, discuss, report, save, or act on a Fix This problem, that activity may influence public momentum, aggregate signals, Arthact handoffs, or your own Arthact goals.
Do not use Fix This to manipulate demand, coordinate fake validation, harass communities, post private data, or mislead builders, early users, sponsors, or operators.
9. Location, notifications, and permissions
Certain features work better with location, push notifications, camera or photo access, and other device permissions. You control these through the app and your operating system.
Turning off a permission may limit nearby matching, city freshness, profile photo upload, notification delivery, or other related functionality.
10. Acceptable use
Use Arthact lawfully, honestly, and professionally. The following conduct is not allowed.
- Scraping, crawling, indexing, copying, or harvesting user data, matching data, contact data, or Fix This data without written permission.
- Bypassing security, rate limits, App Check, auth checks, Firestore rules, access grants, moderation controls, or Hosting boundaries.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, attacking, load testing without approval, probing vulnerabilities, or disrupting service availability.
- Using bots, fake accounts, synthetic engagement, bought traffic, or coordinated manipulation to alter ranking, trust, validations, or matching.
- Using Arthact for unlawful hiring discrimination, regulated financial solicitation, illegal services, sanctions violations, or prohibited goods.
- Copying Arthact branding, confusing users about affiliation, or misusing Sanghance intellectual property.
11. Third-party services and app stores
Arthact relies on third-party services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, app stores, OneSignal, identity providers, verification providers, browsers, and operating systems. Their terms and policies may also apply to your use of those services.
Apple and Google are not responsible for Arthact except as required by their own app-store terms or applicable law.
12. Fees and paid features
Arthact may be free during some phases and may later add paid features, subscriptions, credits, sponsored surfaces, or business tools. Paid terms, refund rules, taxes, and cancellation flows will be shown before purchase where required.
Unless a paid feature says otherwise, access to Arthact does not create employment, agency, partnership, brokerage, escrow, fiduciary, investment adviser, or recruiter relationship with Sanghance.
13. Enforcement, deletion, and termination
We may remove content, limit reach, pause matching, block actions, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify counterparties where appropriate, or contact authorities when we believe there is a terms violation, safety risk, fraud risk, legal requirement, or service integrity issue.
You may delete your account from the app or request deletion through the public deletion page or support. Some information may remain where needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, analytics in aggregate form, or records we are permitted or required to keep.
14. Intellectual property
Sanghance and its licensors own Arthact, including the app, websites, code, design, brand, logos, matching logic, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Arthact as intended under these terms.
Feedback you provide may be used by Sanghance without obligation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
15. Disclaimers and liability
Arthact is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect matching, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or that every user is who they claim to be.
Arthact does not provide legal, financial, investment, employment, medical, safety, tax, immigration, or professional advice. Any decision you make based on an introduction, goal, Fix This signal, message, profile, or external contact is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanghance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, or damages arising from user conduct, third-party services, or your interactions outside Arthact.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Sanghance's aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Sanghance for Arthact in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100, unless applicable law requires a different amount.
16. Indemnity, governing law, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Sanghance, its affiliates, personnel, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Arthact, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@arthact.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these terms as Arthact changes. Material updates may be shown in the app, on the website, by email, by push notification, or through a re-acceptance flow where required. Questions about these terms, privacy, safety, deletion, or account support can be sent to Sanghance at support@arthact.com.
